Process:

1. De-capping machine
This de-capping machine is designed for 3 & 5 gallon bottle in water production line. It's used to pull out the cap of recycling bottle before rinsing.
2. External Brusher machine
This external brusher machine specially works with 5 gallon bottles in water production line. It's used forall-round cleaning the bottle, significantly improves cleaning efficiency.
3. Automatic up-loader
Automatically push the prepared empty bottle into the filling machine, put the bottle into the holder inside the washer station.
4. 5 Gallon Water Bottle Filling Machine
This filling machine for PET bottle integrates the functions of rinsing, filling and capping together. Based on advanced technology overseas and designed according to the filling processing demands of mineral water, pure water etc.
5. Light Checker
With two light pipes, inspect bottle water after filling function.
6. Cap Heat Shrink Machine
This cap heat shrink machine is used to shrink the plastic label on the 5 gallon caps. It adopted good quality imported stainless steel, simply operation and working smoothly
