Product Description

The purpose of hot filling above 85℃ is for juice with antiseptic. We fill pasteurization juice into sterilized bottles, it will give more guarantee to keep juice natural flavor.The filling till capping including bottles, caps should be put in class 100 aseptic room.We consider machine anti-corrosion facility, and use anti-corrosion materials. The special designed pipe line will take consideration about connection position and curving degree to prevent dead angel.

Construction:

• Belt conveying system will bring good operation, transportation and lower noise.
• Ultraviolet germicidal lamps are installed inside to avoid second pollution to caps.
• High quality SS304 will stop rust for ever.
